* Print/Email Marketing - I advertise in local print media and national magazines such as Southern Boating, Soundings, and Southwinds. I also send weekly emails to my listing clients to keep them informed on activity. I have an expansive database helping to network with industry professionals and in assisting potential clients.
* Knowledgeable, Personal Attention given on all inquiries and showings is the key to the sale! I am always present on the showing of your boat. If another broker is bringing a client, then I am there, too. I have found that this increases the opportunity to reach an agreement. I also do courtesey showings for other yacht brokers when your boat is listed with me.
* Survey/Sea Trial - I am onboard your boat the whole day and will provide lunch and cold water for everyone.
* Closings - Professional, detailed closing documents are prepared to ensure proper transfer of ownership. Escrow funds are placed in Ross Yacht Sales' secure escrow account for proper disbursement.
* Referrals - In my profession, just about the highest compliment is when a client refers me to another person in need of a yacht broker's service. I am grateful and appreciative of these referrals.
To better serve you - the client - on the "spot", I travel with some great marketing and buying tools including an inverter, color printer/scanner/copier/fax, a laptop computer with internet access, office supplies typically found in a desk, a marine tool bag, a sea trial go-bag including GPS/VHF/IF heat gun /multimeter, SWFL Chartkit, promotional signs, first aid kit, multiple flashlights and tape measures, and more..... * Work with a network of contacts including other yacht brokers, yacht MLS systems and professional association memberships.
* Find and arrange boats for showings of worthy vessels which meet your criteria. Give you my
assessment as we "narrow" the field of choices.
* Present bonafide offers to sellers with a Ross Yacht Sales purchase and sales agreement.
* Help negotiate price & terms.
* Provide a list of fair and ethical accredited marine surveyors.
* Arrange for Haul-out for the survey inspection.
* Help to arrange for marine repairs and whom to contact to confirm estimates.
* Provide a list of companies for USCG Documentation.
* Work with my professional office staff at Ross Yacht Sales who provide Title search, closing paperwork and a secure escrow account for your deposit monies.
